Hello, my name is Agathe. I started running when I was 19, during my first year of study because I wanted to “stay in shape” and not only eat pasta as students do ... Starting from running 5 km once every two weeks, I ended up running my first marathon 5 years later, and few more afterwards. After road running, I tried Triathlon and trail running (which I still practise). I am now addicted to running for all its benefits: keeping a good spirit & physical shape, improving your mood when you're moody, plus for the challenges it gives, competing against yourself.
I convinced a few friends to start running or at least give it a try, and it worked out! I had loved giving them advices, and I will love give them to you as well !
